Rotating single origin, brewed fresh every half hour.

Double ristretto, steamed whole milk, thin microfoam.

Equal parts espresso and warm milk, served in glass.

Steeped eighteen hours, served over ice with orange peel.

Toasted sourdough, smashed avocado, chilli, lime, sesame.

Eggs baked in spiced tomato, feta, coriander, warm flatbread.

Freekeh, roast squash, tahini, pomegranate, toasted hazelnut.

Laminated over three days, baked twice each morning.

Knotted, pearl-sugared, best within an hour of the oven.

Burnt top, barely set centre. By the slice or whole, to order.

Oats, maple, olive oil, seeds. Eat in, or take a bag home.

Washed heirloom. Jasmine, white peach, black tea. Roasted Tuesdays.

Sold by weight from the counter. Six blends, ask to smell them.

Pressed to order, rosemary syrup, a lot of ice.

Low-intervention white, faintly cloudy, poured cold.
